What better to do during a 9 hour layover at Heathrow than take a nap! Spent the night chasing my collegues Ezra Shaw and Streeter Lecka as they left the east coast about the same time as I departed Denver, delivering them in London earlier in the morning. They checked into the Renaissance at Heathrow, freshened up and hopped the tube to town for a beer and a bite and a sight or two. I arrived shortly after noon and took the bus to the hotel for a shower and a quick snooze. They returned for a quick hello before they caught their 7PM flight to Johannesburg. I then met up with our New York IT guru Carl Erwich so that we could meet our crew headed for Cape Town at 9PM. Ahhh another day another red eye!
